30th Anniversary

On October 1st 2018, the Sisters of the Incarnation marked the 30th anniversary of the making of their profession of life intention within the Community. October 1st 1988 had been the first time vows had been able to made within the Community and marked the movement of the community from its formation phase to its establishment as a religious community. The vows were received in St Peter’s Cathedral by the then Visitor, Archbishop Keith Rayner, with many friends from the Sisters’ journey present. We celebrated after with morning tea in the Cathedral garden.

This thirtieth anniversary was marked by a eucharist in our chapel, and a celebratory meal.
